Amig@s, mi maquina con sistema operativo XP se reinicia cada vez que se actualiza el antivirus, quisiera que me ayuden con alguna solución a este problema.

Hello,

It's managed client or Unmanaged client ?

Did you try reinstall or repair sep client ?

Hi everyone,

I am using the managed client version SEP 11.0.7000, there are 100 of 150 clients with the same issue. I haven´t reinstalled the client because there are a lot of clients with the same issue.

What components do you have installed?

Do you get a blue screen? Or just a random reboot?

You may need to open a support case so they can look at the logs.

Hi Brian81,

The client have installed: Antivirus and Antispyware Protection (ON), Proactive Threat Protection (OFF) and Network Threat Protection (ON), and random automatically restart in group of 30 PC´s. Checking event viewer´s Logs before the restart a new virus definition file was loaded (Version 150410) in the clients.

You should open a support case if AV definitions are causing the machines to reboot. This is not expected behaviour.
