Reinstallation of cloud-based SEP SBE

We are using the cloud-based version on 6 computers. One of them epxerienced problems, part of the Symanted files were deleted, and now the computer shows offline.
I have tried reinstalling the software using the SymantecExtractor I received when initally buying the software, but it is no longer working.
Following the advice from technical support I went to the download site (https://symantec.flexnetoperations.com/control/symc/download?agree=Accept&element=4660391), downloaded the first item which installed the On-Premises Version of Endpoint Protection.
Now everything is messed up!
I have 5 computers that are cloud based, and one with the on-premises version (which is probably not even working right now, since I could not run the wizard.)
I simply want to reinstall the original cloud-based Endpoint Protection on one computer. How come it's so difficult?
