Looking at the services I saw it had only installed the SEPM service and the Symantec embedded database service. It didnt install the Symantec event manager service, settings manager service, or the network access control service.
That's okay. The services you are missing are from SEP client and not SEPM.
As soon as your SEPM is running, you should upgrade to the current version (11.0.7101 or 12.1.1000). If you don't have to restore a database backup, you can use the current version from the beginning.
