    Hello,

we´ve got an problem with fla-files (flash creative suite 5.5, flash 11), all those files are rejected by the scan engine:

The selected file FMX08E-flash-cs5-3.fla could not be uploaded. Only files with the following extensions are allowed: jpg jpeg gif png txt zip rar 7z tar jar tgz gz doc docx xls xlsx pdf ppt pptx pps ppsx odt ods odp mov avi mpg mpeg wmv flv swf mp4 mp3 xml md5.

Obviously the scan engine is not able to open these files. What can we do? It is very important for us to solve this.

    Best regards

    Sergey

    Hi Sergey,

From a quick internet search, it looks liek teh root of your problem is not with Scan Engine but with Drupal.  Just as a "for instance," here is a top hit:

Drupal 7 – Handling file uploads

Please update this thread with more information (specifically, whether a symantec product is involved with your issue.)

    Hope this helps!

Hi, thx for your response, but we don´t use Drupal.

The problem is with Symantec Scan Engine 5.2.11.131.

    Best regards
