If you go to the 'Reports' area, choose the following:
Report Type: Audit
Select a Report: Policies Used.
The report created does a good job of displaying the policies and what they're assigned to. This may get you what you need.

Though it says it is for MR3 this is the most current publicly available schema information and the basic table information should not have changed significantly.
