Release DLO Licenses

When a computer that is running a DLO crashes and needs to be rebuilt, how do I release the previous DLO license?

You don't have to do any release. DLO licences are transferable. You just go ahead and use DLO on a new machine. Just make sure that the number of DLO licences matches the number of machines that uses DLO.
