Release encrypted mail from spam Quarantine SBG 8.0.1/8.0.2

    I have setup inbound  encrypted attachment forward to spam quarantine, this is works. But If I need release this mail to my local exchange, mail is returned to spam quarantine than new mail. (verdict = Encrypted attachment again). I have instaled SBG 8.0.1, same problem is with 8.0.2.

    Release others (spam, suspect spam) mails are fine.

    Is it error or function?

    Hi Peter,

    Check Administration - Control Center - SMTP Host. This should be your downstream exchange server.
