Seems to be the answer to my main problem using hierarchy - but :
On Install of the NS a new pre-defined Hierarchy rule is laid down called ‘Software Resource Summary Relocation’...

Does this mean that I have to reinstall my smp 7.0 because theres no update available that implements this feature - or should I wait and hope for an update?

Just wondering what your comment means "no update that implements this feature". If you do have the rule, but it doesn't do what you want, you can post that idea in the ideas section of this forum for consideration.

I've got 3 fully updated smp 7.0's (smp7 sp5 v.7.0.8641)  in hiearchy( 1parent - 2childs).
The hiearchy rules cited in the article: 'Software Resource Summary Relocation' does not exist - to my knowledge - in my setup. It is refered to as ' a new pre-defined Hierarchy rule'. 

My question was this: How do I get this 'new' feature (the article was written 2011-02-11 thus pretty new).

Will it come as an update to 7.0 through the SIM.

Will I get it if tryed to reinstall

or do I wait for 7.1
