Reminders gone since enabling user for EV6????

Hi.
Maybe you can help me.
We use EV 6 and have just enabled our pilot users. One of them (notebook user) has told me that his reminder emails (ipm.note) don't pop up anymore since he got EV 6.
Can anyone tell me if this is a known problem or if this problem could have been caused by Enterprise Vault?
Maybe he has just a corrupted mailbox, but I don't know how I can find out the reason for this issue.
Does someone have an idea?
Because my mailbox is archived too, but my reminders still work fine.
Regards,
Claudia

Notebook user... What version of OL? Off-Line vault? Did you sync the EV forms?
1.Launch Outlook.
2.From the Tools Menu, select Send/Receive > Send/Receive Settings> Define Send/Receive Groups
4.Highlight All Accounts (When Online and Offline)
5.Click
6.Check Synchronize Forms
8.Click
9.Click
10.Restart Outlook.
Reminders are from appointments...are you archiving appointments?
Aaron
SP1?
Is DontArchiveItemsPendingReminder set? (Although I can't see that this can be the issue as it's global)
Thanks for your answers.
It's Outlook 2003.
We are not archiving appointments and yes, the user has offline vault installed.
I will tell him to synchronize his forms and hope that it works.
I've tested to create this issue myself, but all worked fine.
Maybe this is just an outlook problem. I don't know it exactly.
Claudia,
Have you installed v6 sp1? 90% sure I saw an OV issue in the release.
No.
But we have planned it for next week.
From the SP1 release notes:

Improved handling of Calendar items
Enterprise Vault still archives Calendar items as before, but there have been some enhancements in the way in which shortcuts and attachments to these items are handled.
Because of an incompatibility with the way in which Microsoft Exchange deals with recurring appointments, Enterprise Vault no longer creates shortcuts for archived Calendar items.

They are hardly overwhelming us with detail here but might be your issue.
