I have been trying to install the Remote Agent on our Exchange boxes when using the 'Remote Agent Installer' from the Rapid Deployment console.
We have used both local and domain administrator credentials but if either fails to install or fails to start. Trying to load the client manually from the recipient box doesn't work. There are no errors in Event Viewer.
We either get 'bad username...' or 'failed to start' for the client.
Any pointers....
Note: We are trying to install the client so we can take a copy of the disk for disaster recovery. The boxes are the BL20p which will be replaced but not for a whiel yet.
Odd just tried it again on another box (which was also failing) and it went in okay! Why?
