  • 1.  Remote Agent Not Talkting to Ghost Suite Server

    I am attempting to work with the trial of Symantec Ghost Suite 3.1 ... 

    I've installed the console on a Windows 2012 instance, and I thought successfully installed the remote agent to my target machine, but it doesn't appear that the agent is communicating with the console at all... the computer did not appear in the list after the agent supposedly successfully installed. It appears to be running on the target machine, but on the target machine it has not mapped the drive letter nor shown up in the taskbar area.  The target machine is WIndows 10.

    1. Try to restart DAgent from "Services" on Windows 10 client PC
    2. What information shows DAgent log on Windows 10 client PC ⇒  C:\Windows\Temp\
    3. Is there any problems with GSS Server address/hostname resolving from Windows 10 client through 402 port?
