What is your version of backup exec?
Try to update your version of backup exec on your media server with all patches available and don't forget to install service pack if available.
If you're pusinhg agent from media server and it doesn't work try to install it manualy on server taht needs BE agent.

It seems this OS is not 64 bit. Go ahead and install 32 bit RAWS on the server. Did you start the install from RAWS32 or RAWS64 folder?

My BE ver is 10d, I tried to install the agent from raws32 and raws64
the raws32 is not working at all, the raws64 pop up this message  "This installation is not supported by this processor type. Contact your product vendor" .

update the service pack from the following link

apply it to BEWS server, after completion of SP4 installation take restart of the server.

copy the RAWS64 to the server, where you want to install the agent and install it.

update on the same.
