Our customer has multi screens, so 2 monitor screens on one computer. When we try to remote control the machine we one can see one screen. Does anyone know if Deployment solution remote control or Carbon Copy supports multi screens?

re:

The only product I have seen so far that does a good job of supporting multiple screens (also known as a virtual desktop) would be DameWare.  It allows you to select individual monitors or do a "virtual desktop" which shrinks both monitors to fit onto your screen.

I use it all the time here.  They have a trial version at their website:  http://www.dameware.com

The product you are looking for is the "Mini Remote Control"

We are in the process of

We are in the process of rolling out deployment solution - I see the "DS Remote Control" only allows 1 monitor.....what about when PC Anywhere gets integrated?  This is a must in order for us to get off Landesk completely as all 300 of our users have dual monitors.

Anyone?

Just use Remote Assistance in

Just use Remote Assistance in Windows. It supports multiple monitors. If you have two monitors you can use both or you can "fit to screen". If you are using Active Directory you can "offer" remote assistance. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/308013. Best of all it's free!

That's a great find.  I didn't know that was available!
