Do I need to re-package AxInstall.exe before I can do down the wire installation on a remote client? I'm looking for a way to silently install remote pxe server on a client using a job from the development console. Thanks in advance.

Best practice
Best practice for silent installs is to repackage. That will give you the ability to silent install with the correct parameters.
