Hi,
I am trying to run scans remotely and am receiving this error:
“Unable to remote scan from Symantec Endpoint Protection Management Console version 12.1.5"
Any information of the causes/reasons behind this would be greatly appreciated.

Can you enable SEPM debugging, set it to FINEST, and re-produce the error.
Check the scm-server-0.log to see what it shows,
You can post the log here for review if needed.
