Hi,

I've exactly the same issue as in the discussion below:

...although I'm having it even when I'm trying to log in with the IP! Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Did you trywith the ip

Did you trywith the ip address of the SEPM machine, instead of name ( or  vice-versa)?

Also, if you log in on local SEPM console, do you also face the  same  issue?

Had problems similar to this.

Had problems similar to this. I just uninstalled the SEPM console and reinstalled it. Not the best solution though. But it did work. I'm betting on the fact that the server will install evrything I need to run the virtual on the desktop I'm using.

On the SEPM server restart

On the SEPM server restart the "Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager" service, then try again.

Hi Curropar, Can you go to

Hi Curropar,

Can you go to IIS, click on the positive sign for symantec webserver, right click on reporting and click  browse.

It will ask you for a username and password type your sepm username and password (leave domain blank) and then click login

see if that shows you the sepm console or if not what is the error you get.

You can also try the stpes on the following URL.
