Symantec Management Platform (Notification Server)

I was going to integrate the Bomgar Jump client right click action into my production console and I realized it doesn't have Settings > Console > Remote Tool Integration. My lab which has been through more HotFix iterations has it. I don't recall doing anything to make that show up. Does anyone know why that option would be missing on my 7.6 -> HF7 server?

Is no one else integrating Bomgar or something? Is there an updated official article for the process?

I have successfully been able to integrate Bomgar and the right click functionality in the Symantec console by customizing the XML file, as referenced here;

This method will work. I don't know why the Remote Tool Integration option is not in my install, but this will at least work around it. Thank you.

Glad to hear you got it figured out. Bomgar is a very impressive product, and I am thrilled to see how well it integrates with the ITMS console.

Per another thread, the Symantec Remote Access Connector 7.6 was not installed. This adds the missing menu option I was looking for.
