removal of installatin bits for patches already installed

This issue has been solved. See solution.
I'm just starting to work with the Altiris patch management suite. I've been testing maintenance windows and installing patches, etc. I see that the patches are staged on an endpiont in the Altiris\Altiris Agent\Agents\SoftwareManagement\Software Delivery\ folder. I see that patches that have been installed still reside in this directory. Is there any policy for removal of those installation bits from that directory after they have been installed. I forsee disk space issues if the installation bits are never removed?

Hi rusgiv,
Please navigate to NS Console > Settings > All Settings > Software > Patch Management > Windows Settings > Windows Patch Remediation Settings.
"Delete Packages After" option is located under 'Policy and Package Settings' tab.
This setting deletes the packages from the client if they are unused for the specific amount of time.
Note: If this time is set to 0 Days, the package will be deleted immediately, and will most likely fail to run on the Software Update Cycle
You can find helpful information about configuring Patch Management by the following link: http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO56242
Thanks,
Roman
