  • 1.  Removal procedures

    I have several customers that are using V9 and V10 of Symantec Antivirus corp edition.  I know EndPoint should upgrade them to the new version when it is installed but I'd like to make certain the old programs are gone before installing Endpoint.  Is there a script or command I can use to silently uninstall SAV?  I can then script the new installation to run.  Thanks in advance.

    1. Modify registry so uninstall password is not used

    2. Uninstall liveupdate with lsetup /U

    3. Uninstall SAV/SCS with msiexec
