Removal For W32.Downadup.B Virus

I download D.exe Removal tools for  W32.Downadup.B Virus. D.exe unable to find any file that is infected. But when i attach to any pc to the Domain in My lan. The virus come again. How i can save from that virus to all My LAN PC's.

It might be another PC on the LAN that is infected and try to infect your PC. Make sure  all windows update and all patch are install, including the one against downadup, and make sure you have the newest virus definitions. Please install the following

Please install the following Patches (MS08-067,MS08-078) on all the computers without fail.
Then close the port numbers which are causing the issue.
Update the definitions and then run the scan. Make sure you have AV installed on all computers.
