This issue has been solved. See solution.

I required to un-install the AV from one of the client in manually forum.

So any one guide on same.

Incase, you are looking for removal via the CleanWipe Tool, then you could create a Case Online and the Technical Support would provide you with the Tool.

If you don't have any uninstall password change registry setting.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\AV\AdministratorOnly\Security\UseVPUninstallPassword

Set to 0 to disable

or

 you can use cleanwipe. you need to contact technical support to avail this tool.
