Remove Java variable path from system variable of client machine

Dear All,

I am facing issue after upgarding managed client version 11 from SEPM server to version 12.1. After restarting client machine it removes JAVA VARIABLE path from SYSTEM VARIABLE of client machine windows server 2003-R2 enterprise edition 32-bit.

PLEASE GUIDE.

If the issue cannot be reproduced to be traced by enabling the proper logging, I don't see a way to know its cause, fix it and test the fix.

So, if it is an isolated incident, fix it manually.
