Remove the KB from the simple enduser request form in ServiceDesk 7.5 SP1

Hi all.

I need to remove all references to the KB in the simple end user request form in ServiceDesk 7.5 SP1. I understand that I need to modify this project and I have been trying to do this without any luck. Either way I have tried I always end up with broken links and connections in the form and I therefor want to try to reach out to you guys to see if you have maybe a simple way to accomplish this.

The purpose of the entire task is that the KB is only for the IT department and therefor any reference for searching the KB isn't needed in the end user request form.

Open the primary model within the End User form project and find the Search KB linked model component I circled below.   Right-click it, go to the Settings tab, uncheck Is Enabled and set the Disabled Mapping ReturnPath to Incident Confirmation.   That should leave the Search KB button routines alone while cutting out the automatic search routine.
