Removing all Users from Assign owner pulldown. Servicedesk 7.5

Is there any way to remove the all user group from the assign owner search-pulldown.

Which point in the process are you looking to do this?

When submitting an incidet using the "Submit Incident (Advanced)" form, the pulldown is defined by your Incident Service Queues. These can be modified From the Submit Request page. Modifying your Incident Service Queues would also modify the pulldown in the "Reassign Ticket" form when working an incident.

Unless I'm mistaken, those are the only two "pulldown" fields when setting an assignment for an incident. The other assignment changes are made when searching. Unfortunately you cannot modify the search results of these forms to exclude certain users in ServiceDesk 7.5.

I guess I miss stated its not a pull down but under set ownership I would perfer only techs and not all user members in the user search.

Aah, that makes much more sense.

Unfortunately there is no way to customize this form. The search will always find any user who meets the criteria of the search. This certainly could be considered as an enhancement request for a future version of the product.
