Hello, I am receiving a "Fatal Error During Installation" when trying to uninstal SEP 11.0.5.  The reason I am doing this is because I received a message telling me that my defs may be damaged or installation may be corrupt.

Thanks in advance.

you can use the microsoft removal tool to remove SEP 5 and then install a fresh copy of sep
try manuall uninstall to check for registry presence. you can get a copy of cleanwipe from support to remove SEP however it will remove all the symantec prodcuts on that box.
