Renewal Endpoint protection Small Business edition

I have tried to renew 3 different serialnumbers and added 1 new serial number.
When renewing 2 seats expiring 13/12/2012, the new expiring date would be 13/12/2013. After pressing OK the 2 seats disappeared from the list. So now I miss 2 seats. How can I get them back?
