Renewal license

I bought a new license for PGP Deskop Professional and received a basic support certificate with details of this purchase.

Then I should logged in a licensing portal to receive a new key. I did it but during one of the last steps, the system showed me information that this Serial Number which I entered earlier not require a new key and registeration is completed.

When I open my PGP program, it show me all the time, that my license expired and I should buy a new license.

What I did wrong and what I should do next?

Please help me.

The serial numbers that you have registered are support serial numbers that the raseon why it doesnt generate a license key. Please call Licensing Team at 1-800-721-3934 option 2 so they can assist you further in getting the license key that you need.
