    Dear Symantec

    My Name Oky Tria Saputra

Now i`ll work in one of company which focus on IT

Symantec product i using was Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1

If i saw the License Detail show like this :

    Date Registered:   09-27-2013
    End Date:   09-26-2014

So i forgot to renewal license until 10-12-2014, after i renewal show information like this :

    Date Registered:   10-12-2014
    End Date:   09-26-2015

    My Question is :

    1. Is it okay for lately renewal license, first table show End date on 09-26-2014 but i renewal license on 10-12-2014 ?

    2. For example this license for 5 user, and there was 1 pc which to be Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager, can i move Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager to another PC and insert the new Key file to them and how about another PC ?

    I`m waiting this answer

Thank you for your help and support me.

    Best Regards,

    Oky Tria Saputra

--> Perfectly OK, your license is valid , no problem if you renew late

    2. For example this license for 5 user, and there was 1 pc which to be Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager, can i move Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager to another PC and insert the new Key file to them and how about another PC ?

-> Yes you can move the Manager to new PC and insert the same SLF file , as long as you dont cross 5 PC everything should be good
