  • 1.  Reparing Windows 7 (x64) with PGPWDE 10.1.2

    Can Windows 7 be "repaired" via the OEM setup.exe?   Please describe any limitations regarding repairing a Windows 7 installation when PGP 10.1.2 is installed -- that is, what would and would not be disastrous to do?  The Windows 7 update problems I am experiencing are suggesting reparing the Windows 7 install.

    I would suggest decrypting the drive first before doing an operating system repair. To be on the safe side. Then you are fine to re-encrypt the drive after doing the repair install.
