What Symantec(s) product are you using?I will move this over to the proper forum for better coverage. For starters, take a look at this article - Mail system is receiving hundreds of clean duplicated messages.

Are these emails originating from a local system in your environment?

there are emails that are sent to some users between them, not related to a special system, sometimes these mails arrives two or three times, but there are no evidence that is a virus, i think is a email service level problem

If these e-mails are being sent from the users involuntarily form(within) the network machines, then that should be a sign of Virus. Please run the loadpoint analysis and check for suspicious files.

Run power eraser.

Good Luck!

Hi,

I have seen related problem where sender's pst file(Outlook) was corrupted.

Sending duplicate mails to receiver.

try creating new pst file for that client..

I think this is not related to any virus issue...

Give it a try......

Regards,

Hi

Symantec told me that it's a service problem and not a virus...
