  • 1.  Replacement for SEP SBE 11

    I have a client that is an accounting firm running many different versions of QuickBooks.  The bug in SEP 11 that causes problems with opening QB files has become too big an issue and I need to replace SEP with something else.  The client has current support on the product.  What should I install after I've removed SEP SBE from the server?  Do I need to downgrade to version 10?  Or is there a version 12 that doesn't have this problem?

    What exact SEP product and version are you using? There is no such product as SEP 11 SBE. SEP 11 is an Enterprise product, while SEP 12 SBE is for small business. SAV 10 is a different product that is not available for purchase, and is nearing EOL.
