Is there an inventory report which shows only changes in the installed software per-workstation? Currently we are running a weekly Inventory delta of software, but not hardware or files. My boss would like to see a report which shows if anyone has installed anything new, e.g. downloaded trialware.
I found the following default reports but none of them do what we need:
- Discovery and Inventory > Inventory > Baseline Reports > Baseline Added - Files > Added Products by Computer
(This report is blank so I assume this is for 'Files' not 'Software')
- Discovery and Inventory > Inventory > Software/Applications > Software > Installed Software
(this is close to what we want; there's a date selection for Discovered Since)
- Discovery and Inventory > Inventory > Windows > Software/Applications
(then there was nothing about general installed apps, just a/v or updates)
Ideally, I would like to generate a report that lists PC, then new/installed software. Thank you for any assistance!
