    Hi,

    In the out-of-box report, My Open Tickets, you get an option to click on a link to alter the result count under Report Settings.  How do you set that on new reports that are created?  I can't find it anywhere in the Report Designer.

    If you select the "Options" tab when altering a report, you can use the "Limit Rows" functionality as seen in the screenshot below.

    I tried to create a new report to do this, and was unable to get my custom report to have the functionality you're looking for.

    What I did as a workaround: Create a copy of a report that can edit the count (My Open Tasks, for example). After the copy is created, edit the report to return the information you're looking for and save/rename the report.

    Doing this worked for me.

    Unfortunately the ability to define the row limit at run-time is not available on custom reports. The only way to get this functionality is by the work around provided by HarrisT in the previous post.
