  • 1.  Report with date of registration/encryption?

    Hello,

    Using Symantec Whole Disk Encryption (PGP) to encrypt windows and mac desktops.

    Exported some reports, but they does not have date when desktop was first registered/encryption?

    Is there any way to generate a report when desktops was first encrypted or registered?

    Hi pg23db,

    By default PGP WDE activity report will only show the below mentioned details.

    • User name
    • Primary email address
    • Last access by user
    • MAC address
    • Domain
    • IP address
    • PGP Desktop version
    • Device ID and type
    • Partition ID
    • Device status

    Apart from this if you need any further customized report you will need to get it from Database.

    Thank you, Sayyed,

    Once logged in to SEMS server, then also date of registeration and encryption can be found out going into individual machines details.

    Just wondering if the information is in the database, there should be a way to generate in form of some report.

    Actually management is looking for a weekly report that shows how deployment progress is going on.
