  • 1.  Report for disabled protection technologies per client

    Posted Nov 19, 2013 02:35 PM

I have been looking for days for a report that gives me a list of clients with disabled components, auto-protect, firewall, ips, etc. There is the Disabled link on the dashboard and alos the Security Status View Details which give great information but does not have any way to include in an E-mail list.

How do I get these created in the reporting or notifications sections? I want these reports to be sent out to techs so they can check out the clients.

You can run the Computer Status report and export to CSV and drop into Excel and filter on what you need

To the best of my knowledge, there is no report/alert to do this. It's all manual work

That was my worry. Again...very aggravating.

I'll go write my own SQL queries for the 20 different reports that should be standard in the console.

One of the top things I've seen needed from SEPM. Not sure why it hasn't been incorporated, especially this late in the game.

If you only want the Computer Status/Security Status Summary report to be sent by E-mail, just define a Scheduled report (you find the tab for it in the Reports section). Of course this solution is not event-driven, but at least your techs will get regular status informations.

As Brian says, I don't believe there is a notification (which means: an event-driven possibility for E-mails) for this.
