report generation issue

Dear All,

 I am facing an issue when i generate a report of Top Traffic notification (Report type : Network Threat Protection ), No data is showing in this report as there are more than 2500 clients are connected with SEPM and all other reports are going fine.

Similarly when i am generating full report of NTP , all reports are correct except top traffic notification by group and subnet as no data is showing in it .

Network threat protection traffic logs are showing in Monitor.

i will be waiting for the solution , Thanks in advance :-)

What version of SEPM is this?

Are you adding any filters or running "as is"?

Brian  the version is 12.1 and i am not using any filter for creating report , advanced settings are also by default

Top Traffic Notifications Report

This report consists of a pie chart with relative bars that lists the group or subnet, and the number and percentage of notifications. It shows the number of notifications that were based on firewall rule violations that you configured as important to be notified about. The rules that are counted are those where you checked the Send Email Alert option in the Logging column of the Firewall Policy Rules list. You can view information for all, for the Traffic log, or for the Packet log, grouped by top groups or subnets.

Do you actively use the firewall and configure email alerts? If not, you won't see any data here, which is why I don't either.
