Server Management Suite

Hi All

I was hoping there was a way to monitor individual services on a particular Server and report how often the state has changed.

or maybe i can create a performance counter,

Any advice

is this even possible?

Yes this is possible though you will need to create a Metric to collect the service information and possibly some detections rules to ensure only the servers with those services running will get the rule.
