Report with no regard to Sat. Survey Submissions
I need to find all incidents that are closed by workers. This works just fine except for when end-users (guests) submit satisfaction surveys. Is there a way to ignore the guest comments and still report when it was last modified by a worker?
I hope this question makes sense. Any help is appreciated.

Not sure what you mean. You can find all closed incidents easily enough, so I'm not sure what guest comments have to do with it...
You mention last modified, what does that have to do with searching for closed incidents?
