Report or Collection Help Needed

I need to create either a report or collection that filters workstations out by certian criteria. One, there should be 3 of our locations excluded, two, the OperSys <> "None" & last one other field I need to exclude certian values.  I have a field there can be either a S, N, A or P. I need to exclude S & A for example. We are using the Location field for our departments.

For example. All of our asset information is contained in Inv_LPH_Asset_Details table. I need to filter by the "Device Type" column to exclude certian ones. Also from the Inv_AeX_AC_Identification table, it should exclude all entries where the OS Name is blank. Last, this should include all departments except for two.

Can anyone assist me with this?
