Report Pack not working...

We are currently running NS 6.0.6074.  When I try accessing the reports for Application Metering I am greeted with a page stating, "Linked Item Not Found".

Within the NS Console, it shows that the Report Pack for Application Metering is installed.  I checked within Add/Remove Programs and the "Report Pack for Application Metering" is also showing as installed.  I tried running a repair on the report pack but this didn't solve the issue.

Has anyone else seen this issue before or have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

The version of Application Metering we are running is version 6.1.32.  The version of the Report Pack for Application Metering is 6.1.1080.

Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Just some basics to check first

Are you installing via a console (session 0) or direct connection to the server? Are there any hints on the logviewer in regards to errors when the reports are not displayed?

That very well could be the problem

That very well could be the problem. If you are installing as session 0 make sure you also have full rights within the Altiris console to do what you need. I have seen this error come about more than once when the user account had insufficient permissions.

Additionally, although more rarely now

if you don't install as application identity, some tables are not properly permissioned, and can cause errors in viewing or with application usage.
