    In Safe mode no av policy and dlp policy work, can i get the report of the clients which are in safe mode with networking.

    Agree with the above; it's not natively possible with Altiris as the agent isn't running in safe mode. This is by design, as safe mode is safe because it fires up a minimal service set to enable you to troubleshoot your system.

    Out of interest... why do you want a report of machines entering safe mode?

    To stop the access of system in safe mode. Prevent the network from the usb usage.

    For the usb policy you can create the GPO policy to block the usb in safe mode either no option.

    Safe mode is for the troubleshoot of Window related problem.

    If you really don't want safe mode to be activated *at all*... you can disable it. That means you know that no one is getting into SafeMode in the first place.

    I've not tried it but there is this for $99... http://www.disablesafemode.com/

    Or you can extract mount your registry hive offline and try renaming the keys under,

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\SafeBoot
