Report On time tickets by workers

I need a good report for KPI: On time tickets by workers
The assumptions are:
1) only the tickets with current status closed or realised (id 400 or 600)
2) if ticket was realised but now is again open it shoudl not be in the report
3) if status Realised was more than once the last date should be in the report
I did it but I had to use 2 temporary tables. Do you have any better ideas?
