Reported Errors from the SEP Support Tool
Hello,
I am performing a health check on our SEPM server which is version 11.6000 and running on 32 bit 2003 server OS. Our server is running as expected however there are a few problems when using the SEP support tool which I would like to correct. The errors are as follows:
1.
| Issue | The Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager is not using its configured ports | ||
| Product | Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager | ||
| Category | Status | ||
| Subcategory | Ports | ||

2.

| Product | Symantec Endpoint Protection | ||
| Category | Console | ||

Can anyone tell me what is causing these? The suggested articles do not offer any assistance in understanding what is wrong.
For issue 1 I have checked the virtual directories exist within IIs and they link to the locations specified within my SEPM folder structure.
For issue 2 I can see that my IIs site is configured for port 80, 443 and 8014
Can anyone help?
