    Hello,

    I am performing a health check on our SEPM server which is version 11.6000 and running on 32 bit 2003 server OS. Our server is running as expected however there are a few problems when using the SEP support tool which I would like to correct. The errors are as follows:

    1.

    Issue The Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager is not using its configured ports
    Product Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager
    Category Status
    Subcategory Ports
    Click for more ->
    Status Error
    Tests
    Error

    No SepM IIS virtual directories exist which are properly located in the directory D:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Inetpub\. Check the report "Is Microsoft IIS correctly configured for Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager?"

    2.

    Issue Microsoft IIS is not correctly configured for Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager
    Product Symantec Endpoint Protection
    Category Console
    Subcategory Configuration
    Click for more ->
    Status Error
    Tests
    Error No IIS web sites were found with a port matching that configured for the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager. Check the report "Is the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager using its configured ports?"

    Can anyone tell me what is causing these? The suggested articles do not offer any assistance in understanding what is wrong.

    For issue 1 I have checked the virtual directories exist within IIs and they link to the locations specified within my SEPM folder structure.

    For issue 2 I can see that my IIs site is configured for port 80, 443 and 8014

    Can anyone help?
