Question # 2 of 3 for the morning...

Is it possible, using the built in reporting mechanisms, to generate an “all computers from all groups” with details report? I’m looking for something row-based with a header along the lines of:

Hostname        SEPVersion     DefsVersion    State    LastCheckIn   Etc…

I know... everyone wants something different in terms of reporting. Thought I'd ask.

Sorry about the formatting nonsense from Word 07.

Monitors, Logs, Computer Status, set timings to be more than last 24 hours if you want to get ALL PC's, run it.. then hit export in the top left.  That will give you a CSV formatted list

Great, that's just the data (and then some!) that I was looking for. Now, how to schedule it as a report? I'm a lazy sysadmin, and don't want to have to log into the console every day to get this. Pretty formatting and column selection would be a bonus.

Yes, I agree being able to receive the Computer Status log report in email (i.e. daily/weekly) would be extremely helpfully to makes sure our SEP clients are running properly.

I exported this data, and the two of the most important fields are blank: IP and ComputerName. Why is the data there when you view the log, but when you export it is blank?

You need to upgrade the console to SEP MR4SP1a to be able to see the blank fields. It was a bug that is now fixed.
