The reporting Server agent should only be installed on a SAV Server then you have to point this sav server to the Reporting Server.

Can you able to browse the reporting from your IIS?

    hi,
have you configured the reporting agent to talk to the desired reporting server?

check in the taskmanager if the agent processes are running!!

    Pete!

Are you sure of that? I was thinking that we need to install the agent in each machine that is running NAV.

I can access to the IIS server, and I can see the Reporting Server web page. But there is no information inside.

As what I have said earlier, the Reporting Agent should be installed on the Parent Server which manages the client. The parent server collects logs from the clients and if you have reporting server component installed on a separate or same machine, you need to point,"configure" it the path of the reporting server.

    Hi,

I would imagine that Toxic-Rain has only one SAV server and if Reporting server is installed on that, it will also install the agent and configure it automatically. You could still check from SSC that it's pointing to the Reporting server.

Have a look at these links.
