Reporting Server issue

Hello,
I have six SAV (MR7) servers and one Reporting Server for this parent. On each servers installed Reporting Agent. But I cannot get any report because no informations in data base.
Can you help me with this problem?
More information:
Server version: 10.1.7.7000
Client version: 10.1.5.5000 - 10.1.8.8000
Number of clients: ~ 10000
Number of servers: 6
MSSQL: 2000

Was SAV's Reporting Server working in the past, and has now stopped working? Or is this a new install of Reporting Server?
If this is a new install, read through the following document carefully to make sure your systems meet all the necessary requirments, and that all the steps have been completed successfully:

Those should point you toward the log files, if nothing else, which reveal what is not working as it should. Once you have that information, check back on the forum if necessary! Specifics like that will help prescribe a solution.
Final note: SAV 10.1 MR9 (10.1.9.9000) was recently released. This new version does have an updated Reporting Server component, and the SAV softwrae itself contains many important improvements and enhancements. I encourage you to download and upgrade to this latest version. This is especially important if you have releases as old as SAV 10.1.5.5000 in your network. More details can be found in:

I've started new installation
I've started new installation for Reporting Servers. After install I've checked services, registry value, settings in SSC and access to web console.
Services: |Reporting Server and Reporting Agent run properly;
Registry value: properly;
Setting in SSC: properly;
Web Access: works properly.
But any information about status of antivirus parent does not appear. And I've checked BD size and it is 2 mb.

Hello,
I had similar situation sometime back when I upgrade to 10.1.8, nothing was showing on reporting server. After troubleshooting and opening support cases with the Symantec, without any success.
After some troubleshooting i found out that one of log files, which are located in following folder. ...\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Symantec AntiVirus
Corporate Edition\7.5\Logs> was bad. Once it was deleted and all the services restarted, my reporting server also started showing data.
