In order to correct an issue with printing reports from Discovery Acclerator we were advised to install SQL SP3. Now after installing the SP Reporting Services is not working at all and we get the following error :

No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it  x.x.x.x:443 (System)

I know this is more of a SQL issues bvut hopefully someone has run into this also. This is SQL 2005 (SP3) running on 2008 Server. Everthing except the printing problem in DA was working fine till the SP install.

Is your SQL Server Reporting

Is your SQL Server Reporting Services Service running under local System?
Can you telnet to the box on 443?

 You need to apply SP3

You need to apply SP3 twice

Once for SQL and a second time for Reporting services. It is a know bug and Microsoft know all about it

Try applying SP3 again
