Hello again,

Just wondering about reports now...

Are there any particular reports that tend to be used the most? Or any specific ones that people seem to prefer or find the most useful?

I am just trying the product in a test environment just now with few users but to be honest I dont really see that the reports I have seen so far would be of much use with a lot of users...that was why I wondering if there were any particular ones that are used by most customers...

You can get pretty specific with the criteria in "Custom Reports", which can yield more informative results than some of the canned reports.  Of course it helps if you turn on the option to see URLs - click "Change Columns" in the top right corner, then select "Abbreviated URL" or "Full URL".

If you are a 'power user' of the system, Custom Reports is probably where you are going to be spending most of your time since, as Rachael mentioned, you can pretty much ask for whatever you want and all of the detail about any given event.

The pre-configured reports do a good job of summarizing the data for executive overview.  In addition, I've found lots of customers using the Infected Clients Report as a base to prioritize remediation tasks on their network.
