Any legacy (11.0) reporting will be null until you upgrade all your clients to version 12.1

This is what all my reports state,

Description: These reports include information only about client computers that run version 12.1 or later. Infections on computers that run earlier client versions are not reported here.

I do not see anywhere to include earlier (11.0) versions in the reporting.  Management is not pleased.  Until we complete validating and testing, we won't have any means of reporting beyond the management risk summary page.

The 12.1 SEPM cannot run that

The 12.1 SEPM cannot run that report "infected and at risk computers" and show a client data prior to 12.1 clients (11.x and 12.0). You can get that information from the Monitors > Logs section by viewing the risk report if you want to see a list of infected machines.

Other comprehensive type reports do seem to show information for the entire environment.

Had this problem too

We ran into this issue too.

However, the orignal report wasn't very accuarte. Thus, it has been revised based on a new method of reporting the status that is accurate. Of course not being able to include 11.x clients in this report is really annoying.
