When a new virus is found Management console is sending an alert, but it is always in mht format.
Is there a posibility alert to be sent in clear text, or some other form?

Last I heard this will be fixed in next version

Last time I heard anything on this it should be fixed in the next version.   Anytime I mention it to a support person they all know right away that it is being worked on just not when the change will be released.

As stated above this is not

As stated above this is not currently possible. I know it is on the board to be worked on, esspecially since the .mht format is not available on mobile phones. Please visit the idea link above that Rafeeq posted and vote it up. The more votes it gets the faster it will be implemented. Also if you are on twitter and would like to recieve notifications on SEP you should follow this user http://twitter.com/symc_endpoint. His name is Paul Murgatroyd and I am confident he will tweet when this feature (and others) become available.

Thanks,
Grant
